The staff was amazing and super accomodating, always polite and greeting us with a welcoming smile everytime we came back from somewhere. Awesome service even at reception, I made many calls and they were always quick to cover my enquiries and needs :)

Smart for a hotel to be within the mall complex as it was easy to go around and get what you need. Rest is also easy to come by because of the good accommodation. The room is spacious, well-lit, and very conducive for resting. Had the best sleep of my life in weeks!

Very nice, helpful and attentive staff , from doorman, concierge, to housekeeping. Clean sheets, comfortable bed, water supply, complete toiletries, accessible to mall, and free parking! To Adrian - housekeeper on 4th floor - best! Kim -concierge, best too!

Floor tiles were cracked becuz they were not originally glued down properly. Morning showers had no water pressure. Housekeeping does not clean shower (mold in tile grout). Also, needs light for bath mirror for shaving and / or makeup. Other than those issues it was ok but i dont think the room is worth ~$47 in Manila.

Accessible to shopping and restaurants. Affordable rto rrent. Have catholic Mass on Satuedays and Sundays. Very nice place.

This is the longest stay I have had in a hotel (3 weeks) and the location is great as I do not need to go out to get food,grocery or even shopping.The hotel is right inside the Rob Magnolia premises where a connecting door goes through the mall directly.The staff was nice and courteous to accommodate my requests for change sheets,clean the bathroom and give me the extra two bottles of water everyday.

The layout of the deluxe king room and the king bed and mattress and the air conditioner runs quite and cold. The staff was friendly and helpful.
